What is Qigong and Why Learn it?
Qigong is a meditation practice, a lot like Tai Chi, that's done in a standing posture. And it has huge benefits in terms of health and focus and ways in which we can use it to enhance our sleep in different parts of our lives. I wanted to put together this talk because I have benefited greatly from qigong as have the students that I've worked with in our tai chi class.
